We're very excited to announce this unique foraging experience at a special location along the Severn Estuary (Chepstow side). There are some interesting edible plants, seaweed and fungi in this area, and we'll sustainably forage, nibble and collect some while learning how to safely identify them, and some tips on culinary and medicinal uses!

As part of our visit to the Trossachs national park, we're heading off on this extended hike from Aberfoyle and through forested valleys to Loch Ard. We'll try and find a pub along the route to stop for lunch!

Please note, it's very early in the mushroom season and it's been quite dry so fungi might be scarce! But we'll also look at other wild foods and have a lovely exploring walk along the way too :-)
